AM Design Associates is an award winning full service architectural and design firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, that provides creative yet cost effective solutions to our clients' design challenges. We are a nationally certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Council, a locally certified WBE by the Women's Business Council Southwest and a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the State of Texas.With over 40 years combined experience, AM Design has the knowledge to undertake every aspect of a project.
The many services our team provides include programming, space planning, construction documents, tenant development, art and furniture selection as well as computer generated renderings. Our staff of professionally licensed designers and architects will guide each client through every facet that a project can offer. AM Design has designed projects of every size and shape ranging from small office furniture reconfigurations to highly specialized spaces. Other types of projects include corporate work spaces and renovations, retail spaces, financial institutions and customer service operation centers, as well as various medical offices. Providing an innovative solution with an artistic touch allows us to continuously "think outside of the box".

Ms. Hancock has been working in the design industry for over fifteen years. Her project experience includes office interiors, retail design, accessibility projects,
and tenant development. She is adept at space planning, finish selections, office design, furniture systems (their application and specification), as well as current code considerations.
Ms. Hancock's forte is the aggressive, responsive manner in which she handles client requests on a day-in, day-out basis. She treats her clients' budgets as if they were her own, and she represents her corporate clients in ongoing relationships with their internal clients, service providers, and contractors. She is creative and resourceful in her approach to problem solving. Ms. Hancock is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm.

Ms. Roberts has many years of experience in corporate interior design. Previously she was Assistant Vice President of RepublicBank as Director of Design. While in that capacity she and her staff were responsible for the programming, space planning, design, and project management of the corporate headquarters (1,000,000 sq. ft.) and all acquired and de novo banks.
Ms. Roberts is known for her keen eye for detail, her personal care and concern in working with discriminating corporate and individual clients, and her high level of professionalism. She oversees and mentors younger team members and is responsible for the high quality of design on which AMDA has built its reputation.
